Reservations and direct payment

Where integrated booking payments are unavailable, you can request a booking, ticket, or service without an Enlistr booking fee. A reservation is subject to the host or provider accepting it. Pay the listing or service total directly using the method you both agree.

Enlistr does not hold or provide escrow protection for these direct payments. Keep the agreed scope, schedule, and messages with the booking. A reservation confirmation does not mean the provider has been paid.

Markets with integrated payments

Where integrated payments are supported and enabled, applicable booking fees depend on the listing and subscription plan. Review the itemized checkout total before authorizing payment. Payment protection applies only as described for that checkout.

Listing fees and subscriptions

In reservation-only markets, Enlistr earns revenue from listing fees and subscriptions when charging is enabled. Publishing is free while launch charging is disabled. Paid checkout and paid subscription changes become available only when charging is enabled; their prices and billing terms are shown before you agree.

Editing an active listing does not start a new purchase. A new paid listing, renewal, or subscription change requires its own applicable checkout.

Cancellations and communication

Track booking requests and cancellations in your dashboard. Use the booking conversation once messaging is available to both parties. For payments made directly to a host or provider, arrange any refund with them under the agreed cancellation terms. Enlistr cannot reverse cash or bank transfers made outside its payment system.
